Poor elasticity of glue printing products and treatment methods
cause:
①The selected slurry process does not match the printing fabric;
②Incomplete drying treatment after printing;
③Excessive addition of crosslinking agent will affect the elasticity and softness of the slurry.
④Add too much substance (urea, ammonia) that destroys the tensile force of the resin.
Approach:
①Pass rigorous testing and choose a printing paste that meets the requirements;
② Carry out good heat treatment on printed products;
③Strictly follow the relevant instructions to control the amount of additives when mixing.
④ In the printing process, use urea and ammonia as little as possible.
