1. Incoming inspection of raw materials, inspection content: Perform various performance and quality inspections for each batch of raw materials to ensure that the quality of each batch of raw materials is stable and unchanged, and control the quality from the source.
2. Physical weather resistance test, test content: from each batch of bulk goods before production, first make a small sample to test the physical stability performance: put the product sample in an oven at 70 degrees Celsius and bake for 72 hours (unchanged tofu The slag does not become thin or degenerate.) This is to simulate the extreme weather encountered when the product is transported by sea. If the product does not deteriorate in this test, it can be produced as a qualified product. Through this test, to ensure that the product can be suitable for more demanding work and storage and transportation environment.
3. Product pattern-making test, inspection content: take a small sample from each batch of bulk goods for fabric printing pattern-making test. The test items of the fabric sample include: elastic tensile test, washing fastness test, wet and dry rubbing fastness test, hand feel softness test, netting test during printing, and whether the fabric sample has anti-adhesive performance. Through this series of tests to ensure that the product quality has not changed.
4. Environmental testing and testing content: Before each batch of products is shipped, there will be environmental testing by testing agencies such as SGS and INTERTEX to ensure that the batch of products meets environmental protection requirements. In addition, our products have obtained GOTS/ZDHC/ECO-POSSPORT certificates. It is in a far leading position in the same industry.
