After heat transfer printing products appear spots or mist - shaped block phenomenon？
1.The surface of the substrate transferred has spots or foggy blocks.
2. The surface of the substrate transferred is not resistant to high temperature and has the phenomenon of sticking paper or mucous membrane.
3. The powder spray layer on the substrate surface of the transferred substrate is not completely solidified.
4. If the heat transfer glue is used, the quality, proportion concentration and amount of painting of the heat transfer glue will cause this phenomenon. Normal hot transfer glue will volatilize automatically after high temperature without any trace.
5. If the heat transfer glue adhesive is used to cause this phenomenon, it is recommended that the transferred substrate be cleaned with water or sent to the oven for short baking according to the actual situation. 6. if the phenomenon is caused by the use of hot film, it is suggested that the low concentration of acetone and other organic solvents can be used to wipe it.
