2 Instructions for use

Remarks:

① Please use up the flocking pulp with additives within 3-4 hours to avoid instability;

② The flocking pulp contains self-crosslinking special polymer, which can autocatalyze during drying and processing, and it can reach the ideal fastness after being placed at room temperature for 96 hours;

③ For fabrics with high elasticity (or thick fabrics), it is best to use flocking pulp as a primer first, and then stamp the flocking pulp once after being semi-dried. (Do not blow dry) immediately flock (velvet) to improve the three-dimensional sense of flocking (velvet) And fastness.

④ Make sure that the printing is completely dry during testing, otherwise the test results will be affected.

⑤ 140-160°C, 90S: 2.2m drying tunnel 10 turns.

⑥ This product feels soft, has excellent washing fastness, is not resistant to scratches, and has good operability.

3.Precautions

（1）Operation matters：Take safety protection measures during the printing process;Please recycle the waste slurry, don't throw it away randomly.

（2）Storage conditions：Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse; keep away from heat and direct sunlight; keep the container tightly closed.

（3）Emergency measures：After contact with skin and eyes, please wash with plenty of water. If you feel unwell, please consult a doctor; if inhaled or swallowed, please consult a doctor.

4.Certificate obtained

Our products have to go through four inspections before they can be delivered to customers. 1. The raw materials are inspected in the factory. 2. The weather resistance of the product is tested: baking at 70 degrees Celsius for 72 hours. 3. The pattern-making test of the product: from each batch of Samples are taken from the goods for fabric printing and pattern-making testing. 4. Environmental testing: Before each batch of products is shipped, there will be environmental testing by testing agencies such as SGS and INTERTEX to ensure that the batch of products meets environmental protection requirements. In addition, our products have obtained GOTS/ZDHC/ECO-POSSPORT certificates. It is in a far leading position in the same industry.

5.Transport
