Our UV TPU Printer, also known as 3D embossed UV DTF transfer printing machine, is a professional digital printing solution specially developed for soft elastic TPU heat transfer labels and crystal stickers. Equipped with high-precision I3200-U1 printheads and soft flexible UV ink system, it supports layered printing of white ink, CMYK color and embossed varnish on TPU hot melt film, with built-in LED UV curing system to dry graphics instantly without extra drying time.
Different from ordinary DTF and flatbed UV printers, it produces stretchable, wash-resistant 3D raised TPU transfers with silicone-like soft touch. No screen plates or custom molds required, it realizes one-piece customization and mass production at the same time. Finished TPU patches can be heat pressed onto garments, leather, bags, metal, glass, plastic and wood, widely used for brand logos, sportswear badges, hat patches and decorative crystal decals.
