PRODUCTION PROCESS:

Step 1: Use PS or other drawing software to processthe pictures.

Step 2: Import the processed pictures into the special printing softwarefor the DTF;Digital Transfer Printing Machine, perform typesetting,and click the print button

Step 3: The pattern will be automatically printed and automatically rolled into a rollThe fourth part: Cut the pattern, and press the cut pattern  with apressing machine at 160 degrees Celsius, 15 seconds, and 4kg.The fifth step is to tear off the heat transfer film, and the production is complete

The production process of all in one DTF;

Digital heat transfer printing machine

1. start the machine for 5 minutes，Clean the digital printing head with 2 minutes and then Start the the testing of digital printing head；

2. Directly print the design from the digital printer;

3. Hot melt powder with shake machine with curing;

4. Cut and heat press;

5.Start to product only need 10-20 minutes；

The production process of screen printing heat transfer:

1. Get the design,and make the film of different color,will take 1-2 hours;

2. Make the screen frame with emulsion,will take roughly 2 hours;

3. Set up to screen which each color,one color need print 2-3 times;

4. Last print the clear paste for sticky the hot melt powder;

5. Send to curing;

6. Curing and heat press;

7.Start to product only need 4-6 hours for each design；
