Why does our DTF printer print patterns with white edges
reason
1. Ink flying or blocking
2. Color calibration deviation
3. The pattern has hidden white edges
Solution
1. Impurities or prolonged cleaning can cause ink to fly or block, resulting in white edges on the screen; Regular maintenance and cleaning of the nozzle should be carried out, and the nozzle should be adjusted to the appropriate height.
2. The nozzle has not been properly debugged, check the printing color file, and correct the color registration.
3. The pattern provided by the customer already has white edges, which are hidden deep and difficult to detect. Therefore, in this case, the pattern needs to be modified by using Photoshop to remove the white edges.
