When printing patterns of two or more sets of colors, if one or more colors are not correctly printed onto the corresponding pattern in all or part of the pattern on the fabric
Misalignment or overlap in the pattern position, resulting in a defect that does not match the original floral pattern, is called misalignment.
Inaccurate patterns are a common printing defect in multi color circular screen printing, accounting for a large proportion. The occurrence of inaccurate patterns is closely related to factors such as the accuracy of the circular screen printing machine, the circular screen and its plate making, process operation, and printed fabric.
In the process of circular screen printing, the often encountered misalignment can be divided into two types: misalignment from the beginning of driving and misalignment with running after alignment. The form of misalignment on the fabric can be divided into intermittent misalignment, good and bad misalignment, misalignment on both sides in the middle or middle, misalignment on both sides and diagonally, continuity misalignment, etc.
Formation reasons
The causes of such defects are wide-ranging and complex, and the specific reasons are:
(1) The speed difference between the printed rubber tape and the circular mesh is significant. When the pneumatic friction plate clutch in the main transmission system drives the active roller of the rubber belt to operate, the unstable transmission force that drives the rubber belt to operate is caused by factors such as insufficient air pressure or excessive air leakage, dirt entering between the friction plates, and uneven surface of the friction plates after a long period of use; The anti slip layer sprayed on the surface of the active roller that drives the operation of the rubber guide strip peels off and the friction coefficient decreases, causing the rubber guide strip to slip during operation; Insufficient tension in the rubber guide belt or excessive surface slurry on the inner surface of the rubber guide belt can cause the rubber guide belt to slip during operation.
(2) Loose flower mechanism. The transmission components in the transmission system, such as gears and worm gears, are prone to misalignment due to prolonged use and severe wear. Loose mesh seats, worn parts such as bearings, gears, and support rings, as well as loose screws, can cause misalignment.
(3) The uneven operation of rubber blankets, especially the sharp deviation from left to right, is one of the main causes of inaccurate alignment.
(4) The phenomenon of color paste sticking on the inner and outer surfaces of rubber blankets is severe. Especially when using paint printing, if the dirt on the rubber is not cleaned in time, the rubber blanket will arch one after another during operation, affecting the accuracy of the pattern; If the color paste enters the grid and is not cleaned in time, it will cause uneven operation of the circular grid and easily lead to inaccurate flower recognition.
(5) The speed between the circular screen printing part and the fabric dropping frame varies. The printing speed is slow, while the fabric output speed is too fast. The last circular mesh pattern has not been firmly fixed on the printed fabric, and it is forcefully pulled by the fabric dropping frame at a fast speed, causing the last circular mesh pattern to remain out of control and unable to be adjusted or corrected, resulting in inaccurate patterns.
