The foaming process of printing foam paste should control the foaming temperature and foaming time of manual printing foam in order to achieve the best effect of three-dimensional foaming process and meet market requirements. The product produced by hand printed foam paste after pressing and foaming at (125-145) ℃/10S will not decrease in foaming height when the temperature is below 80 ℃.
Most people encounter this problem in foaming practice; The foaming paste has a good foaming height during printing foaming, but the height decreases after a few days. Therefore, some people believe that after foaming, the height of the foam slurry will definitely decrease. However, this is not based on scientific evidence. In fact, this is only caused by the shrinkage of the carrier (fabric) after foaming at high temperatures, resulting in a difference in the perspective of the eyes. The author conducted an experiment where the sample cloth was simultaneously foamed using a foaming process, and its foaming height was measured using a micrometer to be 20um. On the third and sixth days after that, the height was measured again to be 20um, and even after 60 days of foaming, the foaming height did not change. When manually printing foam three-dimensional technology, manufacturers should consider the actual height requirements of customers to adjust the application formula to avoid unnecessary losses.
