Question: How to handle the friction between the print head and the film?
Reason: 1. The film curls up during the printing process
2. The material is curled and the tablet is not pressed in place
3. The printing height of the car is too low
1. Check the flatness of the material, check for foreign objects on the printing table, and clean the nozzle in a timely manner. Firstly, move the car to the maintenance position, dip the non-woven fabric in cleaning solution, and wipe the bottom of the nozzle in one direction. Remember not to wipe left or right to prevent ink and film hardening agent from entering the nozzle hole. Then put the car back in its original position and soak the nozzle in cleaning solution for 5-10 minutes. Use a syringe to suck out the ink 2-3 times, ensuring that any blockages inside the nozzle can be sucked out.
Then it will automatically clean and confirm the status by clicking on the test bar.
2. Check if there are any abnormalities in the entire roll of material and if the tablet is misplaced
3. Check the height of the car, and if it is too low, adjust the height again
