① Clean the surface of the magnetic table, check for any bumps or high points, and inspect the magnetic core for any abnormal height. If there are any issues, promptly address them and install the magnetic table friction plate.
② Move the active roller and tension roller towards the middle, and fix the pump side with a special tool.
③ Install the dedicated I-beam onto the rack and clean the inside and outside of the machine.
④ Lay enough waste cloth, cardboard, etc. on the pump side ground and check for foreign objects to avoid scratching the guide tape.
⑤ Open the guide tape and lay it flat on the waste cloth. Use a paper tube to lift the upper guide tape and thread it through the extended section of the I-beam. Loosen the fixing bolts of the frame support legs and slowly lift the tail of the I-beam with a screw. When the frame is about 10mm away from the support legs, remove the support legs. Wrap all the edges and corners inside the frame and where the guide tape needs to pass through with waste cloth. Then arrange enough personnel inside the frame, on the magnetic table, and at both ends. Listen to the command and smoothly pull the guide tape into the machine. Immediately reset each support leg.
Installation of the feeding rack
(1) The columns on both sides should be connected with support pipes and plates, and the bolts should not be tightened too tightly. Adjust the center according to the centerline, and ensure that the top is level and consistent (transparent water pipe inspection is sufficient). The two sides of the column should be perpendicular to the ground, and then tighten the fixing bolts.
(2) The anchor bolts are poured with cement.
(3) Three days later, recheck the centerline and verticality, tighten the anchor bolts, install the wall panels and all roller miscellaneous parts.
(4) Check and adjust the levelness and parallelism of each roller, with an allowable error of ≤ 1mm.
Installation of drying room
(1) According to the drawing requirements, move the first section of the drying room to the designated position, hang a vertical line at the center of the rack in the direction of the fabric output, so that the center of the rack matches the ground wire, and the vertical distance from the end face of the fabric input direction to the ground is consistent. At the same time, adjust the four support bolts to make the top horizontal and consistent (measured with a water pipe).
(2) Starting from the second section of the drying room, only calibrate the centerline of the tail and the level of the top, and so on.
(3) Install the exhaust duct according to the diagram.
(4) Install the fabric feeding part of the drying room.
(5) The installation requirements for the drop frame are the same as those for the feed frame.
