(1) Can be touched or overprinted, usually printing insoluble azo dyes first and then printing coatings. A small knife is required, and it is necessary to use a freshwater white paste roller to prevent color transfer and ensure complete color coupling between the color base and the phenol.
(2) To prevent color transfer, reducing agents such as stannous chloride or carved white powder 0.5%~1% can be added appropriately to the coating color paste.
(3) Adhesive options include BH, 707, Dongfeng brand adhesive, 750 adhesive BF, 320 adhesive BAN, and Akramine adhesive. When adding a reducing agent, it is better to use Dongfeng brand adhesive or 320 adhesive BAN.
(4) The adhesive has varying degrees of yellowing after the conjunctiva, which is more pronounced on fabrics with phenolic primer, and Akramine adhesive is more prominent, so attention should be paid to its selection.
When printing bright colors, Dongfeng brand adhesive or 320 adhesive BAN can be used.
(5) When the coating or color base, color salt pattern area is large and the concentration is high, it can be steamed or slowly re dried to prevent excessive floating color. This is not only beneficial for the whiteness of the white ground, but also to prevent coating
The adsorption of adhesive materials, but red base B, RL, sauce base GP, etc. should not be steamed, otherwise color change may occur.
(6) To prevent adsorption, it is also possible to add DMEU instead of crosslinking agents EH or 101 crosslinking agent H.
(7) When printing on sticky and rich fiber fabrics together, washing should be strengthened to make the white ground white and the colors bright. If necessary, 1-2 grams of sodium sulfite can be used for treatment at temperatures above 5-10/L90 ℃,
It has a significant effect on overcoming the contamination caused by the adsorption of paint colors.
