If the speed is too fast and the inertia is too large, the conduction band will be difficult to stop steadily, and the positioning and color matching will inevitably be inaccurate. This is an unavoidable contradiction. At a towel factory in Hunan, we designed a printing machine automatic control system with Mitsubishi industrial control products as the main body. We explored the function of the frequency converter and cleverly used it for positioning control, balancing the above contradictions with less investment. The technical transformation plan achieved the predetermined goals.
Working principle of flat screen inkjet printing machine:
Firstly, a white towel blank is pasted with milky white adhesive at the predetermined position of the guide belt. Then, the frequency converter is started to drive the three-phase cage type AC asynchronous motor. The motor is slowed down by the worm gear reducer and drags the guide belt. When the towel on the guide belt is aligned with the position of the printed flat screen and stops, the flat screen frame is pressed down and pressed tightly against the towel. The fine round magnetic steel rod placed in the frame is driven by the magnetic field controller below the conveyor belt to roll back and forth, and the pigment placed in the flat screen is printed and dyed onto the towel through the hollow pattern.
