①Under Base:
1. Ordinary cloth/Special fabric
Ordinary:Use CTR-H310C Hand Rubber Paste for primer
Special fabric:Use special transparent pulp for primer
2. Puff coverage
F680 (15%-20%)+white paste+clear paste+color
3. printing process
mesh: 80-120 mesh
1. Make the base with transparent pulp, or 2-3 times with H310C
transparent pulp for common fabric
2. Puff coverage. Foaming (puff) Paste15%+White Paste+Clear paste
color(80%)
2. Press at 130 degrees Celsius for 30 seconds, after which a foaming effect
will be formed
4.Attention:
1.Note for foam printing: After the foam printing paste on the printing table is screen-printed, do not bake the printing surface to be foamed at a high temperature for a long time, otherwise there will be printing defects of uneven foaming caused by early heating. When drying, it is generally controlled within 70°c, and the dryer should not stay in the same foam printing position for a long time to bake.
