What are the methods for judging the quality of webbing labels?

Color variation check: There is no yin and yang color on the belt, and the color and texture (the needle edge of each webbing must be in the same color) cannot be changed by the needle edge and the edge of the tape fabric.
Hair: Visually, both surfaces and sides of the webbing label should not have vicious hairballs or hairs touching the surface of the strap.
Skipping stitches: Visually, there should be no skipping stitches in the woven label of ribbon.
Contamination: By visual inspection, there should be no oil stains, dyeing or dust on the webbing label.
The above is a general method of judging brand quality of webbing with the naked eye. The following is an introduction to flow:
Thickness detection: tolerance shall not exceed ±0.1MM
Width detection: 1" and above 1", and the webbing mark tolerance shall not exceed ±0.25 points; 25MM and above 25MM diameter webbing mark tolerance shall not exceed ±0.5MM; 1" and 25MM" less than webbing mark diameter, standard tolerances Not to exceed ±0.25MM;Note: Plain weave and herringbone sidebands must be of adequate size, but may not exceed 0.25 points .
