1. Prevention and control of relief: Roll anti dye salt S before printing after dyeing the dark floral fabric to offset some reducing agents; Do a good job of leveling the scraper with a sharp edge
Li, it's better to lower the position and hang the hammer slightly heavier; Strengthen the polishing treatment of the surface smoothness of the flower tube; Before getting on the flower tube, use a dial gauge to measure the eccentricity; Properly control the consistency of the color paste and add lubricants if necessary; When printing light colored cloth with insoluble azo dyes, in order to prevent scratching and affecting the whiteness of the white ground, an appropriate amount of sodium bisulfite is often added when using phenol as a base (but it should be noted that it cannot be used when encountering blue-green salt, brown salt, black salt ANS, etc.).
2. Wrinkle prevention and control: During the operation of the printing machine, there are various types of crease marks. Some are due to the wrinkles in the semi-finished product itself, some are caused by the tight edges of the fabric, and some are due to uneven stitching or skewed weft, resulting in uneven fabric tension and the formation of wrinkles. These belong to the previous process and should be corrected in a timely manner before printing, especially some wrinkles after silk finishing, which are difficult to correct during printing. But a large part of the wrinkling occurs in the printing section, such as improper tightness of the fabric, uneven pressure on the left and right sides of the roller, uneven tension in each section, excessive distance between the contact points of the two guide rollers, high moisture content in the printing part, especially the shrinkage of the weight reducing printing slurry, unevenness of the cotton lining fabric and wool lining fabric, and excessive dry slurry on both sides of the cotton lining fabric, which is very different from the expansion and contraction of other middle parts. When entering the pressure roller, both sides often wrinkle. There are also wrinkles caused by excessive accumulation of dirt on the uneven surface of the collection. In addition, some dyes synthesized on the surface of fabrics, or dyes with excessively large molecular structures, such as insoluble azo dyes and phthalocyanine dyes, especially Els dyes, often experience wrinkling, mainly due to the accumulation of these dyes on the surface of fabrics, which are difficult to penetrate into the fibers and form wrinkles.
