As people gradually pursue fashion and keep up with the trend of international trendy styles, it requires clothing fabrics to constantly innovate and design new types of fabrics with novel styles, unique patterns, and strong personalization. However, existing production technology cannot meet these requirements. To this end, after years of hard work and exploration, I have innovatively developed a series of fashion fabric products and dyeing techniques with rich color effects, rhythmic patterns and textures, and a strong sense of art and modernity, based on traditional tie and wax printing. These include the following eight items:
1. Modern color tie dyeing: Tie dyeing is an ancient handmade printing and dyeing method in China, which has become more popular among domestic and foreign users in recent years. We have organically combined pattern art, popular colors, and dyeing technology to create dozens of new tie dyeing techniques, making tie dyeing products lively and natural in pattern, subtle in color changes, rich in layers, and presenting a halo effect. At the same time, we have studied new coloring and tie dyeing methods to make patterns free of tie marks and rules, texture structures more rhythmic, and color variations more suitable for modern fashion requirements.
2. Silk Color Pattern Dyeing: This process mainly uses silk fabric as the base material, and through color dyeing and special treatment, produces various colored pattern points. The colors are brilliant and transparent, the patterns are romantic, full of poetic sentiment, and various imagery, attracting everyone to win.
3. Infiltration dyeing: Its process is very different from all current printing and dyeing processes. It naturally produces patterns between concrete and abstract based on the principle of color infiltration. The curved and straight lines reveal the rhythm of the pattern, and the mutual infiltration of colors creates a soft color mixture, making the product style unrestrained, full of rhythm, bright and harmonious.
4. Cailing Dyeing: It is different from general hand drawing and various manual printing and dyeing methods. It does not require tedious manual operations, but adopts the most advanced physical coloring method. Through simple manual operations, the mechanism of color is cleverly applied, making the product produce both natural color mixing and pure color, with the meaning of returning to nature. Its product is a high-end product in printing and dyeing products, and it is a work of art that people cannot put down.
5. Dreamy dyeing: This technology has a short and unique production process, and multi colored patterns can be formed in one go. Its product patterns are simple, clear, and unpredictable, with strong three-dimensional sense, clean and elegant color, noble, rich and colorful, and ever-changing patterns. It is a high value-added product with good quality and low price.
6. Space dyeing: Art space dyeing is a supernatural landscape dyeing technique that integrates painting, printing, and dyeing, with an effect like flowing clouds and water. This dyeing is achieved by using dyeing agents to transfer predetermined colors, dyes, and patterns onto the fabric, followed by necessary processing techniques.
7. Misty Color Dyeing: This technology was developed earlier and uses specific operating methods to give products a multi colored and multi-level effect, like a dreamy hazy style.
8. Color Wax Printing: The wax printing technology developed by me solves the shortcomings of insufficient color fastness and monotonous color of traditional products. It adopts modern coloring technology and does not require traditional indigo dyeing, which can make the product have multiple colors. It not only retains the original 'ice pattern' effect, but also achieves excellent color fastness, while reducing product costs.
Special dyeing technology can be applied to various textile fabrics such as silk, cotton, linen, wool, synthetic fibers, etc., to produce various products such as headwear, scarves, high-end fabrics, indoor accessories, trendy decorations, artistic wall hanging, etc., with a strong sense of art and modernity. This technology and product have respectively won the "Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award" and the "Excellent Product Award" of Beijing Textile Holdings Corporation.
Special dyeing technology mainly relies on manual operation, with low investment, fast results, and fast pattern changes, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual production. I have been engaged in the research and production of special handmade color dyeing technology for many years, integrating technical research, product development, production and manufacturing, and product sales.
Special color dyeing can be divided into several types according to its process technology, such as tie dyeing, wax dyeing, infiltration dyeing, colored silk dyeing, hazy dyeing, hand drawn, etc. It can produce and process various textile fabrics such as cotton, wool, silk, linen, and viscose. It can also directly process finished garments and scarves made from the above fabrics. The final products can be made into clothing, scarves, fabrics, decorations, curtains, tablecloths, cushions, bedding, household appliance covers, and other household textiles.
