The coating on the screen may cause difficulty in rinsing and result in clogged mesh holes. Therefore, it is advisable to prepare the photosensitive adhesive solution in moderation, especially during high temperature seasons, and use it up in a short period of time.
(2) Insufficient exposure: Insufficient screen exposure causes residual photosensitive slurry on the scratch surface to flow into the empty grid; When the printing surface is facing downwards and dried in parallel, there is less clogging of the screen, while when drying vertically, there is more clogging of the screen. When developing, it is recommended not to rinse the scratched surface of the screen with pressure water, but to rinse it clean with a water pipe and use a water absorbing device to absorb excess water in the middle of the screen.
(3) Insufficient density of the base film to black: When exposed, light leaks through the light shielding layer to the adhesive layer, causing photo crosslinking and blocking during development. The density of the base film needs to be increased.
(4) Excessive photosensitizer: The increase of diazo photosensitizer slows down the photosensitive speed, resulting in insufficient exposure and insufficient photo crosslinking of the adhesive solution, causing the adhesive to be too tender during development. The photosensitive dose should be prepared according to the specified requirements.
