Color change by light paste
Color change by light paste is a typical representative of invisible printing. It is the printing in which the printed pattern on the textile changes its color with the change of external conditions, so that the color of the pattern on the fabric changes from the conventional "static" to the novel and peculiar "dynamic". The color change is generally reversible. Photochromic printing is also known as photochromic printing. The early photochromic printing used photochromic dyes. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, the structure of the dye changes and presents different colors. For example, Dye A is colorless. After being irradiated by ultraviolet rays, the molecule opens the ring and turns into Dye B with a cyanine structure, which is blue. When Dye B is exposed to visible light, it will turn into Dye A again.
At present, the microcapsule technology is used to coat the light variable dye in the capsule, and the particle size is generally 1-10 microns. The light fastness of the light variable dye after being coated with the microcapsule is greatly improved. At present, photovariable dyes have developed to four basic colors: purple, blue, yellow, and red. The initial structures of these four photovariable dyes are all closed-loop types, that is, they are printed on the fabric without color, but under ultraviolet light. It can become purple, blue, yellow, red. The so-called light-sensitive color change from one color to another color is to mix the light-changing dye and the general color paint in the printing paste to start printing. For example, when the photochromic dye red and paint blue are used for printing, the surface of the fabric will appear blue, and it will become blue-violet under ultraviolet light.
