1. The problem of the circuit, if the hose of the glue tank or the hot melt glue machine is not heated. We must first check whether the fuse is burned out, whether there is any problem with the fusion, check the temperature controller and solid state relay or IC, if the above is okay, then there is a problem with the wiring, you should check the wiring.
2. The problem of the glue line. When the temperature of the glue gun of the glue machine is normal, the glue cannot be glued. First check which link does not produce glue. If there is glue in the hose, it is a problem of the glue gun. The glue gun should be cleaned. If the hose is clean, it may also be a problem with the host. There are three reasons why the host does not release the adhesive. One is that the inverter is broken (send for repair or replace one); the other is that the motor has a problem (the same as when handling the inverter); There is a problem with the three glue pump (check whether the seal ring or the pump is broken).
3. The problem of the gas circuit. Solenoid valve control is generally used during the use of the melter. This causes problems in the gas circuit. If there is a problem with the gas circuit, first check whether the air connection is reversed or whether the solenoid valve is broken. , Or the wrong type of solenoid valve is used.
