Foam printing also has the foaming base first and then the cover surface; the first basement, then the foam cover surface.

Foaming first, then cover surface process:

Handprint: prepare ingredients, arrange, train, prepare printing sheet material before production)→spread cloth→foaming primer (3~4 times)→blowing (temperature should be uniform, no foaming)→covering (2~3 times) )→drying→overheating (120-130℃) press (power 160~180W, 6-8S)→shipping inspection→shipping.

Machine printing: preparation before production (mixing, arrangement, training, preparation of printed sheets) → spreading → foaming and primer (3~4 times, drying at the same time) → covering (2 to 3 times, drying at the same time) → Overheating (120~130℃)→press machine (power 160~180W, 6~8S)→shipment inspection→shipping.

Machine printing: Pre-production preparation (mixing, arrangement, training, preparation of printed sheets) → spreading → rubber primer (2 to 3 times, drying at the same time) → covering (2 

to 3 times, drying at the same time) → Overheating (160~180℃)→shipment inspection→shipment
