Many people mistakenly think that the anti-sublimation primer and anti-sublimation glue are the same glue. In fact, the two glues are different. Anti-sublimation glue is mainly used for sublimation fabrics and has a better effect of alleviating color sublimation. . The anti-sublimation primer is specially used for dark fabrics that are easy to fade and sublimate, and prevent the color of the fabric from sublimating to the printing material on the glue surface.
Features of anti-sublimation glue:
1. Huicai anti-sublimation mortar has a soft hand feel and good fastness, which can effectively alleviate dye sublimation and prevent the background color from migrating to the printing surface.
2. Process flow: The glue is printed on the sublimation cloth, usually 3 times (the number of printing can be determined according to the needs). The more printing times, the thicker the adhesive layer, and the better the slow sublimation ability.
3. Environmental protection: environmentally friendly glue
4. Matters needing attention: Do not wait for Huicai anti-sublimation glue to dry completely before printing other pastes, as this will cause delamination. If there is stratification, 1%-2% catalyst can be added to the lower glue slurry.
Features of anti-sublimation primer:
1. This product is environmentally friendly;
2. It feels soft and does not stick to your hands;
3. No network jam, easy operation, good anti-sublimation effect;
4. Washing resistance, general elasticity and good fastness;
5. Suitable for printing on cotton, linen, silk, polyester, eye, and blended fabrics that are easy to sublimate.
