Among them, pearl powder has different particle sizes according to the direction and effect of use. The smaller the particle size, the stronger the coverage of pearl powder; The larger the particle size, the stronger the glossiness of the pearl powder; In the printing industry, there are strict requirements for particle size. Small particle sizes can be used for offset printing, while larger particle sizes can be used for flexographic and gravure printing with better results.
2. Pearl paste: Pearl paste is a high viscosity pearl material that is suitable for mixing with offset printing ink. It has excellent coverage and good glossiness, and is suitable for offset printing;

In offset printing, smaller particle size pearl powder is mixed with printing ink in a certain proportion for printing; Alternatively, water-based or UV polishing systems can be used to add a certain proportion of pearl powder to the polishing oil for coating, resulting in better results; Mixing pearl paste and offset ink in a certain proportion for printing can greatly improve ink brightness and vermilion effect;
