DTF clear pet  films are different from those used in screen printing. They have a thickness of around 0.75 mm and better transmission properties, which in itself is a more innovative technology. Membranes are used for dtf inks, and specifically dtf powders for heat transfer in various white, colored or black fabrics.

Unlike plotter technology, DTF clear pet film does not require any form of cutting after or before printing. Another advantage is that it can be used from small to large, but can also be used in commercial configurations. Chocolate translation films are also classified according to the type of release after the translation.

Depending on the temperature, the film is either cold (requires cooling time) or hot (it can be removed from the press immediately after release). DTF foil can be used with all types of heat presses used in the field of advertising production. This applies to dtf inkjet printing.

How to use

Set the temperature to 275-300 depending on your preference. Start at a low temperature and increase as needed. First press the shirt/clothes for 5 seconds to remove the moisture. Turn the center inside the shirt/tool and press for 15 seconds Transfer is a cool sheet, so when you're done pressing for 15 seconds, remove the shirt from the oven with the transfer still attached and let it cool. completely. After cooling, gently remove the film and press the shirt firmly for 5 seconds (protect the design with a Teflon sheet). Washing instruction: Wait 24 hours before washing. Turn the clothes inside out. Machine wash with mild detergent. Relaxation. Dry at home in a normal environment. Don't pull too much. Do not use fabric softener.
