1. Preparation of white glue
Put the self-made adhesive, protective colloid, titanium dioxide, plasticizer, emulsifier, dispersant, etc. into the mixer, use a high-speed disperser to make the raw material mixture uniform; adjust the pH to 7-8 with ammonia, and add the thickener Adjust to a suitable consistency, then add an appropriate amount of antifungal agent and stir evenly; filter the evenly mixed materials to obtain a white glue slurry.
2. The effect of softener on white glue
The purpose of adding a softener to the white mortar is to improve the hand feeling of the white mortar after printing, make the printed pattern soft and not sticky, and soften the mixed emulsion with stearic acid, paraffin wax and pingjia as the main components. When the amount of white glue is less than 2.5%, the softening and anti-sticking effect is poor. When the amount is higher than 4%, the softening effect is good, but the anti-sticking effect is not ideal. When the amount of softening agent is 2.5%-4% , Can get the best printing effect.
3. Application
